Official Rules

Contest Period The Contest begins on Tuesday, December 16 at 4:00 p.m. ET and ends on Tuesday, December 23 at 12:00 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility The Contest is open to residents of Ontario who are legal residents of Canada and are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Claramount Club (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, contest judges, and any persons domiciled with such employees are not eligible to enter. The Contest is void outside of Ontario and where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Prize One (1) prize will be awarded to the selected winner, consisting of: • One (1) night stay for two (2) guests at Claramount Club in a Heritage Suite (must be redeemed by February 28, 2026) • Dinner for two (2) at Foundry (maximum of two alcoholic beverages per person; $220 total value) • Breakfast for two (2) at Foundry (maximum of one alcoholic beverage per person; $110 total value) No cash redemption, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or any component thereof with one of equal or greater value. The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be declared the winner.

How to Participate NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Contest during the Contest Period, entrants must: 1. Follow @ClaramountClub on Instagram; 2. Like the contest post; and 3. Tag a friend in the comments with whom they would like to share the prize. Each comment that tags a new person counts as one (1) entry.

Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prizes There will be one (1) grand prize available to be won, as described above (the “Grand Prize”). Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. Prizes will be awarded only to the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter the Contest.

General Conditions By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend this Contest at any time, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed, or other unauthorized means to enter the Contest, including creating multiple accounts, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, altered, or otherwise irregular will be deemed void. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for technical malfunctions, failures of any website or platform, or any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Any questions or comments regarding the Contest should be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.

Entrant Representations, Warranties, and Release By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, release, and hold harmless Claramount Club, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, agents, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants further release the Sponsor from any claims relating to publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other rights arising from participation in the Contest. By participating, entrants and winners (and their guests) assume all risks associated with the Contest and prize and agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, or expense arising in connection with the Contest or the prize. There is no purchase necessary to participate. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.
